Hye Jin Cho received her bachelor’s degree in 2015 in Polymer Engineering at Chungnam National University and master in 2017 in energy engineering at Ulsan National Institute of Science and Technology (UNIST).

Before, her master’s main research topic was design and synthesis of graft copolymers and conjugated polymer for tribo- and Opto-electronic materials.

Since September 2018, she is a Ph.D. candidate in Chemistry in UNIST for design and synthesis of polymer and metal-organic frameworks and polyhedra combined materials under the supervision of Prof. Wonyoung Choe.

Currently, her current research focuses on design and synthesis of new Zr- or Porphyrin- based metal organic frameworks.

Also her main research interest is structure-property-performance relationship between various polymers and MOFs in gas separation, water adsorption, pharmaceutical adsorption and organic photovoltaics.
